Cupboard Brownies

If you're like me and get those unexpected chocolate cravings then, this is the recipe for you! It's no fuss, all flavor and everything you need is in your cupboard. *Tip: I highly recommend using good quality baking chocolate and unsweetened cocoa powder. I always stock up on Scharffenberger, Guittard and Ghirardelli chocolate whenever I go to my local market. This recipe is versatile and you could mix in nuts, chocolate chunks or candies. Cupboard Brownies You'll need: 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter 1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda Pinch salt 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup milk chocolate chips Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
